North Carolina Tips

I would like to start this post off by thanking (Jdamlover) From steam for providing the images, i was busy and unable to go to North Carolina ingame to get them myself.

                 North Carolina Tips

Redear Sunfish-Redear get rather big here, you can easily catch them up to 4 pounds. This picture is of a Unique which is quite common on Maggots, or Wax Worms, with a size #1-#4 hook, you want to set your leader to 35 it is suprisingly deep in this river. You will be fishing at the furthest left location. Line of 6 pounds-8 pounds is highly recommended.

SmallMouth Bass- North Carolina is the first location to have these fish in the game, they are fierce fighters and are worth a good amount of Xp, The best methods to catch them are as follows. Bass Jig #2/0-#4/0,Medium spoon#2/0-#4/0, you may also have success with Shads 2' or larger with a 1/6 oz #2/0 jighead I will warn you that you might also get Pickeral Redfin Pickeral to be exact(Great Parking Job Only). You can catch these fish at two locations Into The Rocky Blue, and Great Parking Job.

White Crappie-White crappie make another appearance you can catch these at missouri too. They can be caught the same way as other panfish with a size 2 hook and the right kind of bait Dough Balls I also believe that maggots and wax worms can catch them as well, i could be incorrect as i havent checked in a while.

RedBreast Sunfish-These fish are unique to North Carolina As far as i know, they only get to about 1.2 pounds. These fish are just a different variety of the panfish family, They are decent xp fish but dont offer any money really, you can catch them with bait just as you would with crappie and bluegill. I would recommend a size #1-#2 hook, and the sport bobber.

The other fish here are fish that are caught at other locations and it is best to view those pages to learn the baits to use for them,
                    Fish Not Listed,
1.Largemouth Bass
2.Redfin Pickeral
3.Black Crappie
4.Bluegill
5.Pumpkinseed

I felt that it wasnt necessary to double up on these fish. If you would like me to add them back into this guide please shoot me a message on steam.
